In late 2018, several Spring Grove Village residents came together to begin the formal process to create a forward-thinking plan to guide future development of the neighborhood. The Spring Grove Village (SGV) Plan Strategy Committee was formed under the leadership of the SGV Community Council and includes residents, business owners, various neighborhood stakeholders, and the City of Cincinnati.

SGV Steering Committee members are currently leading Working Groups to explore the SGV 2.0 Pathways, a visioning framework created through community engagement sessions starting in 2017. The SGV 2.0 Pathways include:
